Trending @Accenture; Any idea how leave encashment will payout. Is it Calcute only basic or gross .any calculation available

Can we encash this leaves now ? Or is it paid only when we exit from organization ?

Simply think of it like working month
If you have 22 earned leave that is equivalent to one months salary

Ok , but we dont have any dearness allowance, but we have other & personal allowance, are these considered? Or Only base pay ? And how many max we can encash while leaving? Any limit?

How to encash leaves?

As per Labour Laws, Encashment Amount = (Basic Salary + Dearness Allowance) / 30 × Number of Days of Leave to be Encased
