Trending @Accenture; Any idea about default hike after 1 year on bench?

Hey folks! Just a quick doubt if someone joined as an ASE on 30th Sept 2024, is still at Level 12, and currently on bench, what happens when their one year completes? 👀 Do they still get the default salary hike even if they haven’t been allocated to any project? Also, what if they receive a project in the next 2–3 months will they still be eligible for the default hike when the one-year mark hits? I’ve heard it’s usually around 7–10%, but would love some clarity from anyone who’s experienced this. Thanks in advance! 😊
