Trending @Accenture; Any HRs in the house?

Question: Can a manager force us to visit office during a particular time and sit in the space they have booked on a RTO day? I mean i am okay to go on the day project requires me to visit but sitting in the seats they assign and come on the time they want, sounds kiddish to me and we aint in kindergarten anymore.

Any thoughts?

The whole agenda of going to office is to have team seat together at one time to increase bonding and good clear communication.

It's not just you, others have also started it and will be done gradually. Otherwise there was no need for RTO.

So even if you go to HR they'll also tell you the same.

So if they fix a time 12 noon to 9 pm that is fine? 😇 with no shuttle back home? I am supposed to risk my safety in a cab and go home?
