Trending @Accenture; Any Fresher done EIT after completing 2 years? I heard that the EIT is not working if anyone done explain the procedure

EIT will work once you have completed 2 years in your base location , then you have to raise the request in AST portal and you have to get the managers approval once you raise a request then the process will take approx 20-25 days then you will get an email regarding your transfer.

I took a transfer after 3 years but the EIT option was not available for me. I think they disabled it after RTO mandate. I talked to my manager and HR and they initiated an OIT for me. But I couldn’t claim any compensation as per OIT guidelines.
