Hi everyone,

It's been a year since I joined Accenture. It is time for my Annual talent discussion. I have updated my ABCD reflections and my people lead reflection is still pending. My colleagues are saying you must complete your ABCD reflections before the end of August. But there is no response from my people lead yet. I have texted him twice.

What should I do now? Do I still have time to complete ABCD reflections.
