Trending @Accenture; Annual chargeabiity for 3 fortnight in just 33%, is it bad ?

Hi, I'm new to Accenture and want to understand what if I'm on a new project that has a WBS code for Client or Market Facing hours for the past 2 months.

So, my annual chargeabiity contribution on MyTE is just 33%.

PM is also not sending WBS for my location.

Is it bad ?

Can I need to recover these hours later ?

It is bad

You can do ppa for last three months only, ask your manager to give charge code and rectify this ASAP as variable pay depends on your chargeability
