Trending @Accenture; Analyst promotion

Hi In march cycle i promoted to analyst from associate but i got only 13% hike. I got 11% hike in dec so my base was 426000 and now after promotion it is 482000 but it should be 525000.

Can anyone pls tell me why this has happens why i got only 13% hike where others are gettin 26
