I will try and respond to as many comments as I can in the next few days! I might not know everything but I do know a lot and can address your queries.
Does Accenture give Gratuity for 4 years and 7 months of service?? Also, is it mandatory to complete 90 days notice or does it allow buy out ??
Gratuity is as per the standard government guidelines. As for notice period, you can ask for an early release but that’s dependent on your manager’s approvals. Even if it’s approved, there is a notice period deficit settlement from your final settlement pay.

You should not. There are high chances that they might not send warning letters and directly take actions. With where the firm is heading, reduction in head count is required to show positive growth to the Wall Street since we are in a consulting business. Don’t give anyone a chance to point fingers at you by painting a target on your back. Fly low. Avoid the radars and spotlight.
Hello , I had joined acenture on 22nd April 2024 whether I am eligible for promotion from 11 to 10. Also what would be the hike percentage. I have overall 5.2 years experience. Do we have nomination window open for coming months or I need to approach my PL for the same
The next set of promotions would happen in June as per the normal cycle. The nominations for that will open around mid-April so I would suggest you talk to your PL and Manager right away and start setting up the expectations.

Moving between teams and projects is dependent on your current project releasing you. However, if you no longer want to work in the project and have a confirmation about a role in another team, you can always talk to your team about it and request a roll off. It’s a lengthy process of convincing them and securing a role but I have seen people successfully doing it.
