I recently joined Accenture in September 2024 at CL 10 position with 4.9 yrs of experience.
My fixed CTC in Accenture is 23 lpa.
Just wanted to check with you guys if I have been paid fairly at CL 10 position???

The question appears to be sarcastic 🤣. The last hashtag the user added won't work due to a space between #sr and analyst. It seems the user isn't very familiar with social platforms or how hashtags function. Also, since he/she is referencing CL 10, not even CL 9, and asking about being paid fairly, it’s unlikely he/she would have this package, even if he/she is working on LLMs atleast in Accenture.

Yes you are underpaid. The CL 10 salary for 5 yoe starts with 27 LPA and highest I have heard is 35 LPA. I am currently drawing 29.7 LPA and CL 10. Promoted last dec.
