Manual QA? And YOE would be a criteria as well. I have 7 years and currently in cl-10 with 9.2 lpa
YOE - 10 Yrs, Manual + Automation
I just got promoted to level 11 , but on the basis of YOE, my friends have nothing compared to yours, and they are at 13LPA minimum. Highest one has 16LPA with 3YOE at gametion
In a couple of months i am out too.
Accenture is not only slowing our growth but also dragging us down.

If in full fledged automation - selenium, Tosca then switch. Very less roles for manual QA. If ur profile is more into manual , then ctc is avg per mkt
15 LPA is fixed or total CTC ?
If you feel you are underpaid, YOU ARE UNDERPAID.
CL9 here 4 YoE - 12.4 fixed 1.2 variable. I'm underpaid, aggressively looking for switch.
Freshers get more salary than that. I think you should consider switching now.
Haha in Accenture thats a killer package for a lead buddy, i just got promoted to CL 9 with 11.8 LPA
