Trending @Accenture; Am I underpaid for my experience?

I am a .net developer with more than 10.5 yrs of exp. Working in Accenture from last 6 yrs. I have worked on Asp.net mvc, .net core, Web APIs, Microservices,MS SQL, javascript and angular(2-3 yrs exp). Azure Devops. I have done the Azure Developer certification(AZ-204) and DevOps expert(Az-400). I am getting a fixed CTC 15.75 LPA and Variable 2 lakh per year. Am I under paid? What do you think?

Yes you are underpaid. Even i’m underpaid. I’m 6 years with Accenture and my CTC is 7.5 LPA. I attended interviews and got an offer with 15LPA. Now I’m on notice. You too try outside. There are many other companies offering better pay than here
