Trending @Accenture; Am I underpaid?

3.5 YOE in Accenture. Joined as ASE, Got trained in Java. Got project in Insurance domain. Role - Manual QA. Worked nicely, got praised for my work but there was no skill building. Got promoted through techleap in Dec 2022. Project got over in Dec ‘23, got rolled off. Got into another project immediately. Working as a database tester. Got to learn new things but there is too much workload, need to work on weekends and no work life balance at all. No time to learn new skills for switch. My current CTC is 6.14 LPA with 5.54 as fixed.

Pls suggest, what should be my next move in my career? How do I grab good opportunity?

Please prepare for the interview thoroughly and switch You will definitely get better pay a 100 percent
