Trending @Accenture; Am I underpaid?

My CL is 11. Got default promotion from CL 12 to CL 11 in last Dec 2023. In this cycle I got VB as 9% which is around 24K. Please share thoughts on this if I am unpaid or it is fair?

I’m at CL11 got default promotion in 2022 and after that no hike no promotion and Variable pay of 7.51% which is around 20k
Feeling so pissed off working nearly 15 to 18 hours avg for the project and working over weekends ..

It's better to choose other company, if you are working that many hours and don't get fair compensation

You are far more in better situation I’m CL11 got promoted on first year 22 dec till now got no hikes plus I didn’t get more that 7.5% VP 😭

Go and discuss with your manager if you think, you are eligible for more pay

@JoyfulInvestigator if 9% is just 24k then you are very much underpaid ! No doubt about it !
