Hello All, I have 3.1 years of work experience in Accenture in the field of ServiceManagement and Reporting, my fixed salary is just 4.5LPA, Accenture is not giving any hike. I’m 100% sure that I’m underpaid because of Accenture I have an offer of 10 LPA, in a startup Should I resign here or wait for more calls? Any tips to negotiate Notice Period?

For 3.1 YOE :- 10-11 LPA is good offer

Just create a false masters offer letter and say you are pursuing the masters and want early release
