YoE: 6+ CTC: 10.7(fixed) Joined Accenture in Sep 2022 at 9la(fixed) CL: 10 Role: Data engineering senior analyst

Recently got an offer from Infosys in November (when CTC was 9lpa) for 14.5 lpa fixed. Could not switch to Infy, as I have paternity responsibilities to come, it was hard to think to switch.

Did I make correct decision for not switching?

I think I am under paid! Is that correct?
