Hii, I have overall experience 5(4.10), initially worked in support then transit to Data analyst for the past 2 years, my work here in Accenture major task involves etl development using python, power bi.
My basic pay is 5.80L with variable 7% in Accenture
Joined Accenture in 2023 March with level 11, previously worked in tcs with package of 3.90L
Had no hike for the first year completion in 2024 march.
Am i underpaid?
