Trending @Accenture; Am I overpaid at Accenture???
Hi all,
I joined Accenture in July 2024 at level 10 Senior Analyst position.
Every since I have joined every one has been saying to me that I am overpaid at CL 10 Senior Analyst level.
I started my career in my first company in 2020 where my fixed CTC was 4.5 lpa.
I performed exceptionally good in the first year in that company and after completing one year I was eligible for appraisal.
After completing one year i received promotion and my salary was revised to 7 lpa fixed in 2021.
Immediately after receiving the revised salary i started giving interviews and got CTC of 14 lpa fixed from Deloitte.
But my previous company matched it and gave 14 lpa fixed to me so i decided to stay with them.
In 2023 i received another promotion in my previous company and was promoted to Senior Developer role.
My CTC was revised to 17.5 lpa fixed in the previous company.
After that I kept giving interviews and finally got 24 lpa fixed with Accenture along with 21% variable pay and then i decided to join Accenture.
So the final question is am I being overpaid for 4yrs of experience at Accenture can you guys please let me know...???
Even Team leads doesn't earn that much at 4 yrs exp.. You are at quite good position
People here are just average. They would say that you are overpaid or such negative things. But you are getting paid as per the market compensation (you got lucky that Accenture has matched the market condition for you).
He got lucky and others are average. You are contradicting yourself bhau.
They played with you. You should have been given CL-9. Now they will give you dry promotion
CL 9 at 4 yrs?
Absolutely yes! If they can offer you that package then they could have easily offered you that level. Levels are fluid. They overlap. Your LRC for level 10 would be higher. As a result you would also have difficulty in finding the project.
Level 10 24 LPA?!

I think it's good to join. 24 LPA is a good deal for level 10. Also they cannot assign you lead level things in system because u r level 10. At level 9 there are certain additional activities that u r automatically responsible for. You can ignore them since u r level 10.
Don't doubt yourself. You previous company wanted to keep you bcoz you have something in yourself. Moreover you cracked multiple interviews so definitely you're skilled. My suggestion would be to stay back in a company for sometime now which will be beneficial for your career.
