Trending @Accenture; Am I eligible for a hike if I haven't completed two years as an ASE. I am planning to switch, is it the right time given my experience?

I have 1 year of internship experience and 1.6 at Accenture in sap abap. Can I expect any hike after a default 1 year hike already received. Discussions for the December cycle are going on. So is it better to wait until the hike is received or try to switch.

I will suggest to stay till you get promoted to analyst and switch after that

Can I know when we usually have promotion cycles. Actually my project is sinking no budget and trying to loan resources. I won't be completing 2 years by this December and we also rn don't have default promotion to analyst

Right now I see a lot of opportunities in Accenture for SAP...not sure may be it is tagged as critical skills you may have chances of receiving a hike if you are rightly tagged to SAP domain

Wait for hike and then quit if you want to, honestly in the market you will be a person with 1.6 years experience no one considers internships as experience. Better wait for 2.5/3 year’s experience before jumping especially when the market is not so great these days.
