Trending @Accenture; Advice to resign or not
I have couple of interviews scheduled coming week all companies asking for notice period they asking if I can join immediately should I put down my papers or wait till may end for variable and promotion.. I might be eligible for hike or promotion will I get it even if I put down my papers?
Companies will come and go but if you feel like you are really eligible for promotion or hike then I'd advice you to wait until the official communication and then take a decision. If you don't receive any hike/promotion, you can put down your papers. If you are happy with your hike/prm then you can stay.
Companies will keep scheduling interviews.

First understand the real scenario about promotions. If you have good terms with your lead or manager, try to understand the project money flow and possibilities of promoting employees. If you think that the money flow is tight and there are less chances of the project promoting employees definitely go for a change, but if you feel or get a sense that the project may have scope for promoting (usually in 80% cases) have patience

Even if you put down the papers you will still have 90 days to think about this. Secondly Accenture needs more employees. This week only I got to know that they need 17k+ more employees for ATCI only. So if you have an offer, and you are ok to stay in Accenture you can ask them for the promotion and raise
