Trending @Accenture; Advice to all freshers

So you have ended up in accenture , let me tell you the truth if you work hard and all goes right with you after 3 years your fixed pay can reach max 8lpa.

Considering you join at 3.85 ,get back to back promotions (rare but can happen)

More realistic future spend more time practising DSA and a development skill(frontend or backend) as soon as you complete 3 years just leave you might clear good product based companies too..

Decide clearly work hard in accenture or work hard for your skilss

See, thats the point my friend. Those times have long gone. Based on the current state of the organisation, things have not been well since FY23 especially for ATCI
