I recently joined ACN and joined a project which will end by December end.
The thing is workload is very high with Individual daily target amd non supportive team members.
What should be my approach to work.
Work daily 12+ hrs and struggle(since I joined a week back)
Or just chill do bare minimum till the project is over.
Please suggest
It depends if you think tasks are monotonous and not interesting. You are not learning and growing then you should take a step. But if every day there's is a new challenge to work with I think you should stick as long as possible. Speaking from experience every project where I worked for longer hours, did help me in long run. And non supportive teammates can be frustrating I know. But on the other hand when you have no support you explore more, so it's a win win.
