Trending @Accenture; Advice on switching as an Angular Dev

Hey all! I'm working in Accenture for ~2y 10mo and have been working as an Angular Dev for most of that time. Due to no promotion and minimal hikes in spite of good performance and constant recognition from leads, managers and even MD level, feeling a little frustrated and looking to switch.

Since this is my first company, switching is completely new to me. Currently lv 11, with 9.5L fixed. Looking for any advice, especially from people who have done this before.

How do I go about the switching process? Finding a new company, which mediums to use to search, how to prep and negotiating the hike?

Any help is much appreciated:)

Sir, I will also be joining as an AEH this year. Can you please give me an insight about training, bench period, project selection and works in the team in accenture? As I find these very negative on grapevine.

The worst thing is your 90 days Notice Period. Any plans for tackling that?
