Trending @Accenture; Advice on Sub level movement and CTC

I have a lot of doubts about the Sublevel movement which my TL has no answers

1. While receiving OL it was mentioned that I will get 16 percent VP and they added in my base pay and increase the CTC which is 4.40

2.Now I have got level increase email and my base is also increased which is now 4.53 Lpa So is it applicable if I add the said 16% (Mentioned on OL) on current base pay If I do this My CTC would be Base + VP = 5.26

Am I right here ?

3. How can I show the next employer in this case we all know only the email received on the base pay increase.

4.So what's my total CTC as per these details and what's the Notice period I searched on OL didn't find this information.
