Trending @Accenture; Advice on pursuing Masters..

Hey all, I'm a 2024 BCA grad and also I'm currently working as a PADA in Accenture. So is Bachelors enough or should I pursue an online Masters degree with the job side by side too ? Will the Masters degree hold any benefit for me or just work experience would be enough in future to grab further opportunities?
