Trending @Accenture; Advice for notice period

I'm at level 11, with 1.8 yoe planning to resign but due to this 90 day notice period, I'm not getting any opportunities, is there any way to reduce it, and if I resign will I get 3 months salary normally or there will be some delay.

P.S. worried about EMI's😅, also first time switching.
