Hi i am currently in an development project for about a year now but haven't gain any hands on experience on coding yet given other work now everyday i have to ping people and ask them for task which i get ignored i qm now started to study aws as want to change to cloud but constantly getting anxitey. Can some one guide me how i can switch to these ? How can i ask internally for release or esle what can i do in this situation. Thank you
