Hi Everyone, I have given couple of interviews and I just hold 3 years of experience in support projects roles I’m getting really big hikes around 200% hike and in product based company I’m getting 150% hike and in implementation role based company I’m getting 100% hike I’m clueless to pick one .. while pay is attracting in support but I doubt if it would offer any learning. Please advice🙏
Support Project with highest pay
Implementation project with less pay
Product based company with good package

Never compare money and learning together….both needs to be treated individually

As you have 3 years I would recommend to focus on handson experience which you can get on an implementation project
