Trending @Accenture; Address update in service now while raising exit request

Hello, i have correct mailing address in workday. But while raising exit request in service now, the mailing address comes as different to workday. It has been almost 4-5 days i have updated in workday. But on service now it is not reflecting.

How to get it corrected?
