Hi, did anyone recieved this type of email? what can we do in this case? Any idea guys???
As you are aware, effective September 1, 2024, as per the ‘Primary Residential Location and Base Location Requirement Policy’ (India supplement, Policy 1085 C19), all employees are required to work from their assigned Accenture base location to comply with regulatory requirements, and must also update their current residence address details on Workday.
A review of the address details provided by you (as of July 7, 2025) indicates that you have not adhered to these guidelines and are currently residing in a location different from your assigned base location.
As stated in the policy, non-compliance with designated base location presence will be considered a failure to comply with Accenture direction and may lead to disciplinary actions (India Policy 0864 – Misconduct – 1.6.4).
🔔 Action Required: You are hereby advised to work from your assigned base location with immediate effect and update your current address information on Workday.
Just add any location of your base location as address simple
I have done that I added the address and I forgot to add the city name in the last, I did this ten days back l, I received an email this evening, stating the above subject lines. I have modified it this evening and added the city name this time will that be okay ? Do I need to do anything from my end ! Kindly advise me please
i have added primary address of my base location but my permanent address is still of my hometown. will this work ?
