Trending @Accenture; Accepted Retention bonus- can they still fire me in one year for which I am bonded ?

Recently i accepted retention bonus and they said it is because of my skill and as it has bond for 1 year with it . So for this one year am i safe or still they can fire me ?

Seems like , bcz only when they know they can't find ur replacement easily they will retain.
But how did u get to know your retention bonus has a 1 year bond?

I had a connect with sr manager where they told me that I am selected for retention bonus but it has an agreement for 1 year bond .

You are generally safe unless major disciplinary or ethics issues come up

They can still fire you. Bond is only for you to not resign yourself
