Checked with other bench people I came in contact with same for them as well, looks planned new client projects are not given to Accenture or existing project went to other competitors.
Yes, it seems like a silent layoff. Because bench resources are forcefully resigning without prior intimation.

Even there is an eerie silence from the main bench leads who used to organise bench calls , take up queries etc periodically, someone said they are really occupied with something, not sure what...didnt heard from them from quite some time.
