I ll be honest this time, been here for almost 4 years ,change 2 prjs. Min-Moderate workload. lvl 11 now. Considering hikes , last project was bad but work culture was not that bad, too supportive and leads will help you anytime. In new prjs also manager is good ,TL is good .but here you need to be more independent.
Overall experience is above average for me.
