Trending @Accenture; Accenture work culture

I don't get why Accenture is so hyped for its good work culture. I have been part of TCS before this. But work culture wise Accenture is worst. Prime reason for that can be the leaders here, managers and delivery leads act like god. Is there a way to cope with them ? Although, I doubt that cuz they seem to have full backing of leadership.
