I heard it used to be very good earlier but currently it became one of the worst companies.

Agree. If people are asking for release because of the toxic environment. They are putting in PIP and terminating after 1 month. Simply they put blame on the employee you have not completed the assigned PIP task.

because economics , in 2022 accenture gave 10+ hikes and 30% promotion hike in same year 2 times to many
in bad times they are behaving like anyone do. They did gave 3 month severance for releasing people in bench so they aren’t that evil but yes toxic and bad
