Trending @Accenture; Accenture variable pay

Hello All,

I have a Package of 9.68LPA in which 8 is fixed and 1.68.(0-21%) is variable.

I joined the org. in Nov 2024, am i applicable for variable pay for this May Cycle?

If yes : how much should i expect? If no : when will i get applicable?
