i am Analyst career designation and MAL : 38 how bad is it for career trajectory? i am still not promoted .. accenture acquired our company and since 2022 we are working with accenture and still not promoted to Sr Analyst .. can you please share insights .. i have been receiving only variable pay and my current pay in hand is 9.36L.. is it good salary ? please suggest

Nice, even the companies Accenture acquires give good hikes then itself. There will be very very few analyst having your ctc in Accenture
