Trending @Accenture; Accenture some project hard locked but no wrk started yet what to do?

Recently joined Accenture two months back got hard locked to some project but they have not started any work and not giving any charge code t try o fill in time sheet saying working with client to get u onboarded it’s two months now . What to do filling timesheet with u allocated not getting any other project call as they hard locked me
