Trending @Accenture; Accenture sending warning mails to the employees who did not return to the office
I heard from a colleague that Accenture has sent a mail to all the People Leads to trigger a warning mail to the employees who did not adhere to the Return to Office mandate.
If anyone knows what could be the criteria to receive a warning mail. Please explain it to me and also please let me know what would be the recommended action to take after receiving a warning letter
Let me tell you all. This is very important. If you didn't visit the office for a complete 2 months , they have the option of immediate termination.
During this time 2 warnings can be given to make it right .
First ACTION -- non compliance --> you will receive counseling mail (notifying HR)
SECOND ACTION -- warning letter 1
THIRD ACTION -- warning letter 2
FOURTH ACTION -- ER action (Termination).
I think your Freind never visited office even after counselling mail. Can you confirm with your Freind did he visited office till now
Yes he visited the office like 4 or 5 times. But we don't have any idea about counseling mail. Can you please tell us what that is ?
Last month everyone who has not visited office till date had received counselling mail and they told to visit in next 3 days I also got that and had to go to office.
