Hi, my friend attended an interview on Monday. It went very well. But no response from hr still. He contacted helpdesk and inquired. They mentioned the status is showing as you have cleared the interview. But hr has to decide with next steps. But the hr is not picking up calls and not even replying to emails.
Does it mean they won't proceed with the process? Is it worth to wait for few more days? Or it's done.

Wait for some time mate. You are showing desperation, hr will now have an upper hand in salary discussion.
My exp call recived in August 2023, hr and technical round held on September 2023 offer initiated september month end 23, joined Accenture with two month np on December 23
Bahut slow hai Accenture but order mil jayga if Technical round is clear that's the most important best of my knowledge
