Trending @Accenture; Accenture Recruiting Needs an Overhaul

I feel that recruiters at Accenture irrespective of any vertical do a poor job of speaking to candidates or guiding them.

When I was recruited about 3 years back, my overall experience with the HR folks was downright shitty. They seemed to coerce me at every step and then ghosted me when I had doubts, none of the HRBPs assigned were of any help during the process and even when I couldn’t contact the support because my laptop was locked and I didn’t know anyone to reach out to.

Recently a friend of mine has applied at Accenture and he shares it is still the same issue with HRs hardly ever responding or providing clarity.

That is still external, I reached to a recruiter within Acn for an internal movement, who is supposedly the POC for the role. Same kind of response, I mean you are talking to your peer, you should have basic courtesy to respond or provide clarifications.

I get everyone is busy, but IMO this is their job that they can’t seem to get right.
