Accenture has one of the best non biased promotion policies. Leave the lvl 11 n 10 even Tl/managers are not getting their desired promotion.
I have been working for the last 4 years 3 different projects and almost 5 different teams. Other than the default lvl 12 to 11 promotion no one is getting promoted. At this point I don't know how someone is supposed to work here without any hike.
Lmao almost 3 years now without any promotion now.
Leadership must be waiting for people to resign or work without hike and promotion

Even they are stopping the level 12 default promotion
