Trending @Accenture; Accenture Promotion

I joined Accenture in 2021 October for Career level 11, I was expecting promotion in 2023 December which unfortunately did not happen. Now I have 9 Fixed pay here and I am not notice period. Senior management is asking me to revert papers but no promise on hike or promotion. I have an offer of 13LPA FIXED I prefer to be in same organisation and get atleast one promotion but that will happen only in December 2024. Any suggestions?

Please leave the company, once you retain they won't treat you the same and also the hikes aren't promised to you. So there is no reason to stay here.
