Hi, YOE : 10+ years Skill: Automation Tool (TOSCA) CL: 8 (Associate Manager) My current CTC: 19.4 LPA( Fixed) + 0-27% Variable Pay I got an offer from IBM with CTC as 24.35 LPA everything fixed no variable pay. Do I need to join IBM or at least accept the offer letter and search for any new job or need to continue here in Accenture itself. what would be your suggestion?

No you are underpaid here. Accept the offer from IBM and keep trying elsewhere if in your luck negotiate with IBM offer. Really hoping you get something around 30 as fix component.
