It is safe for women.But I am not sure whether there will be options to take a power nap.

I was in night shift. My manager told us to do WFH for night shift week. No need to travel to office as schedule was from 8pm -5am. But my clients were always on fire so no time to take break and nap. But from my pov it is very hectic for females, due to byproducts of night shift such as disturbing sleep cycles, harmonal effects etc. I asked for roll off so that I can get out of this cycle. And they agree but luckily client retained me for day shift. I will suggest your relative to join the company, do the night shift for some period and then try to get another proj or show medical certificate and ask for day shift. Longer night shift period will have its effect on health.

Very safe.. I am running 24/7 for 17 yrs now.. it's very very safe.. but depends on project .. some project have hectic work and u don't even get single minute nap until your shift over and hand over done by morning shift reason.. some project have it for a sake of 24/7 and rarely they get work..

Quite safe. They have very strict policies about female safety. Cab pickup and drops from doorstep, guard accompanies if the last passenger to be dropped is a female.
