
Trending @Accenture; Accenture manager messed up with my positive client feedback
So, I received complete positive feedback from my client regarding work, ethics, behaviour and every thing. Now my Accenture manager logged as it is feedback(POSITIVE )received from client in starting week of august in accenture portal then I dont know what happend in 15 days that she has to changed my feedback to completey NEGATIVE one!! I am shocked to the core!! How come someone do that with her own employee when she knows at ground level how hardworking I am and what i have given to the client project!! Even though after doing all the good work you get to see Barely Meting clients expectations on your profile!! How can some do that?? Even my client said this is not out feedback , we have already given all positive feeedback of you!!
My Accenture manager is putting me on IP , not sure on what basis?
I am thrilled to the core!! Now i have seen what managment can do to its employees just to satisfy there greed!!
I have lost all motivation to work !!


Same experience happened with me today. I had received positive feedback from my manager 15days before but today I received completely negative feedback which is baseless. It is very bad experience with me, which I faced today.
Indian leadership and managerial behavior is pathetic 😒.
That means you are not getting good hike

Sometimes HR gives a target to meet for IP and if they couldn’t identify anyone in first round they re discuss everyone and then depending on whose case is weakest, they force fit for IP. No manager would purposely want a good employee to go.. sometimes they are pushed to choose. Being a manager is not very easy.

If you are given needs improvement you will get zero hike and might be zero variable pay. Zero hike is 99.99percent

Hey , actually every manager need to put some employees on IP, It doesn't matter whether he/she is performing well or not.. In this case normally manager will safe their favorite one and put others on IP... It's happening right now and it is very bad.. About feedback, You can ask Client to draft an email for the same so that you have something to show in case it's required..
