True ; no hikes,toxic work culture, micromanagement,RTO even if the entire team is in other location. But the fact is bcz of this skilled people are leaving the organization. In my project only 2 of my seniors resigned and we have interviewed more than 20 people till now and no 1 could clear even initial screening. They are just bothered on the count now, and trying to bring people cross trained at lower ctc . Once they join a project they are starting micromanaging.
