Trending @Accenture; Accenture is proving to be the worst
Your thoughts on this? Got it on another group:
If I could plot a graph of how the company treats is employees and what it offers in exchange for the work done, I can already imagine the graph without having to gather much data on paper. The company only cares about getting stuff done without caring for those who do it for them. To take a PTO, I often have to provide reasons which offer an insight into my personal life. How is it my fault if your incompetence cannot recruit more people into the project?
People have been put into PiP this year just so that accenture does not have to give them variable pay in the november and upcoming month of may 2024. How pathetic can one be ?
Every third or fourth day I see an email stating that XYZ project is doing good and we are delivering ABC stuff to the client. If we are actually doing it, then why are we not seeing any money being credited outside of the fixed pay ?
The work culture, ethics of people within a team, and the managers are all equally pathetic. For anyone wondering, this is happening in India. I don’t think anyone is going to give two flying fucks when it comes to your well-being. I’ve seen people receiving a bad review from the manager despite good work just because someone put a bad word in for them. Even if you ask valid questions , for example, “Why is this task being done repeatedly without any fruitful outcome!” You’d be up for a bad review!
I’ve stopped referring people on the employee portals too. I don’t wish anyone to endure this hell called Accenture employee.
I’ve seen a lot of similar posts on this subreddit and I understand a lot of us have the same issue. If anything constant change of the higher management ever since the new CEO stepped in seems very fishy to me. Especially with all the finances going downwards.
