Sometimes Good morning mails are not so good🥲... I woke up at 7am and read that news.. The whole day ruined thinking about that.

There will be limited promotions happening in this Dec cycle below MD level. Promotions postponed to Jun'25 are within MD level and above. Going forward promotions upto L8 will be quarterly and anything above L8 is shifted to June cycle permently in India. This is what has been stated over the promotion guidelines. So there is some hope for anyone foreseeing promotions this cycle.

They will postpone forever , just work don't expect anything.
