To be Frank accenture this time also there is no hike and no change in VP percentage even some of them got less percentage in VP. This is one of the positive sign for employees to focus on their career and shift 👏👏

Even candidates join in Accenture with Higher salary with less experience. They get the mindset they want more hikes,more vp and fast promotion. Even once they get less of a hike,they get triggered to think of themselves as they deserve to get a high pay raise and blame the company even though the market is bad outside.

I am not sure you joined at 2023.At 2023, Accenture officially confirmed that there was no hike and no one has got hike .
This is because even 2 years experience candidates want 12 Lpa to 20 lpa.
Even Accenture has given that and not providing proper hike existing employees who are been loyal and working more than 3 to 10 years
Now Accenture feels that they had a mistake giving a higher salary for less salary experience candidates from to join the Accenture.
Now because of that hike it has been reduced from 30% (without promotion) to range between 3 to 13 %.

They adapted the concept of "Quite firing", and using mostly Indian employees cause labour laws are a joke here rn
