I've gone through on May 5 on the same the hr scheduled a call and told me to share screen and told to write a one line resignation and on the same day everything is done I've submitted my laptop all the things and I'm out on the same day on next day my 3 months basic pay was credited and I'm jobless now and searching for job now it's almost 2 weeks now
They are firing ppl who are on ageing on bench or who are rejected in 2 client interview.
My friend CL 12 rejected a project due to difference in skill. He immediately got call from HR saying if he does he will receive a warning letter but 1 letter nothing will happen. Today he received another email saying he has to accept the project or he will be terminated.
